Some people come into our lives quietly and leave an imprint so deep, it’s impossible to imagine the world without them. For us at TASS, Brenda Gordon was that person.
Brenda joined us in 2015, starting on the warehouse floor. From the beginning, she shone — not because she demanded attention, but because of the way she carried herself. Humble, hardworking, kind. She rose through the ranks with ease, not chasing titles, but earning trust. By the time she became our Director of Operations, she was not just leading TASS — she was holding us together.
Brenda’s legacy isn’t only in the decisions she made or the success she built. It’s in the countless small moments: her laugh echoing in the warehouse, her smile that made even the hardest days bearable, her quiet reassurance of “we can do it” whenever challenges felt too big. She made everyone feel seen. She made everyone feel they mattered.
To lose her so suddenly feels unbearable. We are dented, yes — but we refuse to let grief be the final word. Because Brenda would never have wanted that. She believed in resilience, in family, in facing forward with courage. That is what she gave us, and that is what we owe her now.
Brenda, thank you for everything — for your heart, your strength, your laughter, your light. We will honour you not just with words, but with the way we carry on: together, resilient, and determined, just as you taught us.
You will always be part of TASS. And though our hearts ache, we know you are still with us — in every smile, in every success, in every moment we whisper back to you: “yes Brenda, we can do it.” 💛🌼
